The Lord uses difficult people to teach long-suffering to his disciples.
I. Long-suffering illustrated by the farmer. (v. 7-9)
II. Long-suffering exemplified by prophets. (v. 10)
III. Patience exemplified by Job (v. 11)
Things to consider:
Am I long-suffering with difficult people?
Am I given to grumbling about people?
Do I need to strengthen my heart?
Do I need to ask for forgiveness concerning my grumbling?
How can I secure patience to the coming of the Lord?
